Dates are week commencing. Prices are for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside of the main season it is sometimes possible to start your holiday on days other than Saturday, or to book additional days. We can sometimes offer this flexibility in the summer if an apartment is available at short notice. Please contact us for more details.
Short Breaks are available from 5th January to 15th March, and 13th September onwards (excluding Christmas, New Year and school holiday weeks). Short breaks may also be available at other times at short notice and by arrangement.
Short breaks are either Friday to Sunday afternoon (2 nights) or Monday to Thursday afternoon (3 nights). Extra nights subject to availability.

Non-refundable deposit required at booking of 25% or £50 (whichever is the greater). Balance due 8 weeks before commencement of holiday.
Prices are inclusive of utilities (gas, electricity & water) and bed linens & hand towels. Please note that we don't usually provide bath towels. All apartments have a sofa bed in the lounge (two in apartment 2); linens for sofa beds, if required, are £8 extra per week (or short break).
Pets: a charge of £8 per pet per week (or short break) will be made to cover additional cleaning costs.
Free hire of baby equipment - cot, high chair & toy box.
Free Rover Car Park Ticket for full weeks in peak season (15 March to 31 October) - this allows you to park in most of the council-owned car parks in Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and surrounding areas. The nearest car park to The Albemarle is Jubilee Gardens, about 75 metres away. (Note: this ticket is not available over the winter months, and is not available for short breaks.)
Between November and March it is possible to park on Arcade Road and The Promenade, as Ilfracombe's on-street parking restrictions are lifted.
