AccommodationThe Grove studio apartment is situated just off The Promenade on a quiet residential road. Click here for map and directions. It is close to restaurants, pubs, tea rooms & shops, and the sea front. Wildersmouth Beach and Capstone Hill are close by. The whole apartment is on one level on the ground floor. Access to the sea front and harbour is also level with no hills to climb. The accommodation is open plan and modern with all of the equipment and facilities needed for a self catering holiday. The living area consists of sofa with digital TV and DVD player, and table & chairs for dining. There is a king size bed in the sleeping area with storage for clothes etc. The kitchen consists of a fridge, a full sized electric oven and hob, microwave, and cupboards with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans. There is a separate W/C with a shower & basin. The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults. A cot and high chair are available for an infant. The sofa bed in the living area provides additional bedspace if required for an older child or additional adult. The Grove Apartment is no smoking throughout. )

Dates are week commencing from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) . Other start days may be available by arrangement. Short breaks are available by arrangement at £125. Extra nights (if available) at £30 per night. Not available during peak season unless we have late availability.
Prices are inclusive of gas and electricity, main bed linens & hand towels. Please note that we don't usually provide bath towels. Linens for sofa bed or extra temporary bed, if required, are £10 per week or short break. Parking: price includes a pass for a nearby private car park. It is often possible to park right outside the apartment, and you can stop outside to load and unload. Pets: a charge of £10 per pet per week or short break will be made to cover additional cleaning costs. Free hire of baby equipment - cot, high chair & toy box. |
