Prices

Prices are per person. Minimum occupancy is 10 persons (supplement payable for less). Maximum occupancy 20 persons. Under 5s are free, under 11s are half price. Please note that children under 11 do not count towards the minimum occupancy.

Short Break:

Weekend short break (2 nights - Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun, Sun/Mon), or Weekday short break (3 nights - Mon/Tue/Wed or Tue/Wed/Thu).

£50 per person.

Extra night (if available) charged at £12.50 per person.

Week:

Normally Saturday to Saturday, but other days available by arrangement.

£100 per person.

A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking of 25% or £125 (whichever is the greater). Balance is due 8 weeks before commencement of holiday.

On arrival, a safety deposit (ideally a credit card number) will be required. As long as no damage is caused, no claim will be made on the card, and the card number will be destroyed.

We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself against any unexpected events (e.g. accident, illness) that may cause you to cancel your booking. We do not supply insurance, but your own broker or insurance company should be able to help.
